As all our 13 bedrooms are individual, with different features, an online booking system would not do them justice. Therefore we advise you to telephone our reception staff (on the number below) who will be more than happy to help you.

Prices shown are for the room per night and include full English breakfast and all taxes.

Short Breaks

From time to time we may offer special mid-week or mid-season breaks at competitive rates, please ask for details of any current offers when booking your stay with us. Details of future offers can also be sent on request.

Departure

Please note that check out time is 10.30am. We are able to store your luggage on the day of your departure and whilst every effort is made to the security of this area. Lodge Hotels York Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any loss/damage.

Payment

The follownig types of payment are accepted:

• Switch
• Delta
• Cheques guaranteed by banker's cards
• Sterling Traveller's Cheques are all accepted.

Reservations

A reservation deposit of £10 per person per night is required at the time of confirmation of the booking. In the event of cancellation please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

A verbal reservation constitutes a contract between the Hotel and the guest.

Cancellations

If you do have to cancel the booking, for whatever reason, we ask that you contact us immediately to avoid any unnecessary cancellation charges. If you cancel up to 7 days before you are due to arrive then the full price of the room/s will be charged. We do try to and avoid these charges by endeavouring to re-let your room/s, in which case, no charge will be made.

Diets

Special diets are catered for, although we request
that details of this or any other special arrangement
are submitted when confirming the booking.
