Michael's Brasserie was opened in the spring of 2000.

Situated in the heart of York, England, within the elegant Galtres Lodge Hotel, Michael's Brasserie specialise in English and Continental dishes, served in a modern, bright atmosphere.

It is Michael's policy to introduce new aspects to his menus. With the guidance of an extremely talented Thai chef he has introduced a dedicated fresh fish range of dishes from around the world that varies each week.

For the comfort of diners the Brasserie operates a no-smoking policy throughout.
